A more intricate braid of kangaroo leather makes up this sturdy yet fine bracelet. I begin by cutting kangaroo leather strands to 3/32 of a inch and a making length of 8 strand herringbone or square braid. The length is doubled to make the form of the bracelet and the ends tied together and covered with a Aztec button knot. I have then used a 3/32 whiskey strand to decorate the bracelet with a double length Gaucho knot and ring knots on each side. The herringbone braid is 3/16 of a inch in diameter and is very sturdy with a intricate look to it.
